When law firm Rutan & Tucker needed to relocate their Costa Mesa headquarters, The Boardwalk offered the perfect space. As one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Orange County, the new and iconic Boardwalk building provided the quality, efficiency, and visibility they needed. The 70,000 square foot space includes the top floors of the two towers and is connected by the eye-catching steel and glass bridgeway. Inside is just as striking. European white oak wood floors flow through the spacious reception and into adjacent conference rooms.
