The brick and glass building at Redstone in Newport Beach was a perfect canvas for WeWork's new space. The fast-growing, flexible workspace company incorporated a clean and simple finish palette; wood floors, sisal carpet tiles, and polished concrete. The conditions of the subfloor and the client's fast track schedule were a challenge. Thanks to dedicated teamwork and excellent leadership from RAM Construction, we were able to finish ahead of schedule, installing more than 22,000 square feet of engineered wood flooring throughout the space, and getting the space open on time and within budget.
